چکیده
Abstract Background Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is an important part of the comprehensive treatment advanced gastric cancer (GC). The effect neoadjuvant plays a key role in prognosis GC patients. Pathological response can represent chemotherapy. However, evidence focused on pathological and associated clinicopathological factors patients quite little. In this retrospective study, affecting were investigated, suggestions proposed to improve GC. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed who received radical surgery after from February 2016 December 2019 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Relevant data collected analyze influencing Chi-square test used for univariate analysis. Logistic regression multivariate Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) determine cutoff value variables which significantly influenced Results A total 203 included study. Analyses showed that < 60 years old (OR = 1.840 [1.016–3.332], P 0.044), histological type poor differentiation or signet-ring cell carcinoma 2.606 [1.321–5.140], 0.006), weight loss during 2.110 [1.161–3.834], 0.014) independent risk effect. ROC change effect, area under (AUC) 0.593 ( 0.024) − 2.95%. without had higher rate oral nutritional supplement (ONS) than with 0.039). Conclusions Patients <60 old, carcinoma, > 2.95% may have worse Timely support such as ONS maintain patients’ body crucial improving
